Privacy Policy

CMA Martial Arts, Inc., doing business as Action Zone, CMA ("we," "us"), runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect through it, why, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number, your message, and, if you are asking about a party or event, the type of event, a preferred date, your child's age, and an approximate guest count.
• Trial class booking: the booking form on our booking page is provided by Dojo Forge, our class management software. It collects a parent or guardian's name, phone, and email, and the student's name and age, and passes them to us so we can schedule your visit. Dojo Forge processes that information on our behalf.
• How you found us: if you send the contact form, it includes how you first arrived at our site (for example, the ad or link you clicked, saved in your browser on your first visit) and, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about us.
• Phone calls and email you send us directly.

Children's information

Our programs serve children, but this website is meant for parents and guardians. We collect a child's name and age only when a parent or guardian provides them to book a class or plan an event. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics 4 measures how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and events such as tapping our phone number or starting a booking). Google may use cookies to do this.
• Meta Pixel helps us measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. When you send our contact form, we use Meta's Advanced Matching, which sends your email, phone number, and name to Meta in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the visit to an account. Meta's handling of that data is described in Meta's own privacy policy.
• Google Maps: our contact page embeds a Google map, which lets Google set cookies and receive your IP address when the map loads.
• Cloudflare hosts this site, runs Turnstile (a spam check on our contact form), and delivers contact form messages to our inbox by email. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics and advertising tools run only on our live website, not on test copies. You can limit them with your browser's cookie settings, an ad blocker, or the opt-out tools Google and Meta provide.

How we use information

• To answer your questions and schedule trial classes, parties, and events.
• To contact you about the visit or event you asked about.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it and our advertising.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy (Dojo Forge, Cloudflare, Google, and Meta), only as described above, and when the law requires it.

Text messages

We do not send text messages yet. When we start, we will text only people who have given explicit consent, and our SMS Terms will apply. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

How long we keep information

We do not keep anyone's personal information for longer than one year. If you are a prospective student, or the parent of one, and you tell us you are not interested in our programs, we delete your information sooner, once you let us know.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your child by contacting us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
