SMS Terms

Status

Text messaging is not active yet. We do not currently send text messages through this program, and nobody is signed up for it. These terms describe how it will work once it launches.

The program

When it launches, Action Zone, CMA Notifications will send text messages to parents, guardians, and adult students who have opted in, about trial class bookings, class reminders, schedule changes and closures, and replies to questions you send us.

How you opt in

We will text you only after you give us your explicit consent to receive text messages from this program. We will ask for that consent separately, and we will not treat booking a class, filling out a form, or giving us your phone number as consent on its own. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase or enrollment.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Stopping and getting help

• Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one confirmation and then no more.
• Reply HELP for help, or call us at (910) 429-2467.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
